About Us

Beck Investment Group is a purchaser of non-performing, environmentally distressed commercial assets. Since 1994, we have been in the business of helping banks and communities by revitalizing these stagnant assets.

We recognized the need for a source within the banking industry to help with these dormant notes and have been cultivated relationships to answer the call. Armed with a dedication to locate these assets, an experienced team and a passion to rejuvenate properties, we have found our niche.

Our Goal

Our goal is to accommodate a simple and easy note sale transaction. We believe this is achieved by maintaining transparent, long lasting relationships. And,  by providing lenders with a fast, equitable and easy solution to help liquidate their distressed assets.

What We Do

We help our lenders through an effortless sale of their contaminated assets. Our proven experience, proficiency in quantifying environmental liability and specialized due diligence process allows for an expeditious close.

Our Purchase Criteria

We purchase non-performing notes and judgments, nationwide up to $20 million. In addition to environmentally distressed assets, we purchase issues with bankruptcy, reputation risk and all others that have the lender without resolve.
